Michael Awad, Ph.D.

Program Coordinator

Dr. Michael Awad is a postdoctoral associate at Yale University. He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University. He is also the chair for the New Haven Prevention Council.

Niki Fusco, B.A.

Program Assistant

Niki Fusco is currently a research assistant at the Consultation Center at Yale. She assists OneStep's program leaders with various aspects of program implementation and helps facilitate Influencer meetings, along with other youth activities.

Eileen Chen, M.A.

Social Media Consultant

Eileen Chen is currently a graduate student at the University of Hartford. She is earning her doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Eileen develops all our social media and website content and advises our Influencers on the art of content creation.
